  • All activities conducted through your account shall be your responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, incomplete, or misleading information.

  • All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes.
  • While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, or display settings.
  • We do not offer customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Product availability is subject to stock and may change without prior notice.
  • All prices displayed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payments can be made through supported methods such as:

    • Credit or debit cards
    • UPI
    • Net banking
    • Wallets or other supported payment methods
  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by such providers.
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS.
  • Acceptance of an order is subject to:

    • Product availability
    • Payment confirmation
    • Verification checks
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including:

    • Pricing errors
    • Suspected fraudulent transactions
    • Stock unavailability
  • Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or revoked.
  • We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timelines mentioned on the platform.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on:

    • Customer location
    • Courier partner availability
    • External factors such as weather or logistics disruptions
  • Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
  • Aviras follows a no-return and no-refund policy.
  • Eligible products may be exchanged within seven calendar days of delivery when they are:

    • Unused, unworn, and unaltered
    • Returned with original tags, invoice, certificate, jewellery box, protective packaging, and complimentary items
    • Approved after Aviras quality inspection
  • A handling charge of ₹100 applies to each exchange request.
  • All jewellery sold under Aviras is made from certified 925 sterling silver.
  • We take reasonable measures to ensure quality and authenticity.
  • Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before purchase.

By using the platform, you agree to follow lawful and responsible conduct.

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Do not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Do not engage in activities that may harm or disrupt the platform.
  • Do not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any content without authorization.
  • Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

  • We are not responsible for loss of data or profits, service interruptions, or delays caused by third-party providers.
  • Products are provided on an as-is basis without warranties beyond those required under law.
  • Our platform may rely on third-party services such as payment gateways and logistics partners.
  • We do not control and are not responsible for the performance, security, or reliability of these third-party services.
  • Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.
  • No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data protection.

By using our platform, you consent to receive communications including order updates, transaction notifications, and promotional messages. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, strikes, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
